Due to hygiene reasons, Pinwheel Clay is unable to offer refunds or exchanges for items that have already been dispatched.
If you have any concerns about your new jewelry, you can contact us at info@pinwheelclay.com and we will do our best to address any questions you might have about your order within the first week of delivery.
